Leadership Pioneer Camp 2025 Enhances Student Leadership Potential at KOSASS Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve, 30 May – 2 June 2025 – The Student Representative Council of Kolej Sultan Alaeddin Suleiman Shah (KOSASS) for the 2024/2025 session successfully organized the Leadership Pioneer Camp 2025, a three-day, two-night program held at the Ayer Hitam Forest Reserve (HSAH). The camp was attended by 61 future student representatives from College 10, 34 existing members of the Student Representative Council (MPK), and 4 accompanying fellows. The main objective of this program was to nurture leadership qualities among students and to strengthen a sense of unity and belonging within the student body. This camp served as a vital platform for enhancing participants’ soft skills, particularly in areas such as effective communication, ethical leadership, entrepreneurship, and teamwork. Throughout the camp, participants engaged in various structured and intensive activities designed to build self-confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills. The organization of such programs aligns with the university’s aspiration to produce graduates who are not only academically excellent but also equipped with leadership values, social responsibility, and strong organizational abilities. The camp concluded with a renewed sense of motivation and commitment among participants to actively contribute to student development, especially through future involvement in the Student Representative Council (MPK).
