The Nature Exploration Program between City Graduate School, City University Malaysia and the Department of Wood and Fiber Industries, Faculty of Forestry and Environment, Universiti Putra Malaysia took place on 24 September 2025 at the Sultan Idris Shah Forestry Education Center (SISFEC). This Nature Exploration Program is organized as an integrated initiative to foster environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices among postgraduate students and university staff. In line with the global commitment to sustainable development, this program is designed to strengthen the role of higher learning institutions as agents of change in environmental conservation. In addition, this program also functions as a strategic platform to strengthen collaborative networks between public and private academic institutions. This relationship is important to enrich the experience of participants and foster the transfer of knowledge, skills, and values ​​of responsibility towards the environment. Overall, this Nature Exploration program not only aims to increase environmental awareness among university staff, but also directly contribute towards the formation of a more caring, responsible and sustainable society.
