The  program includes two days of presentation (keynote address, plenary,  oral paper and poster presentation) and one day of site visits.  Presentations will be given by leading international research  scientists, regional scientists, and government officials.

Post-symposium field trip is on 5th September 2013. Participants who wish to join this trip must arrange to leave their hotels on the 6th of September 2013. The registration fee includes the field trip. If you opt not to join, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds. The trip will take the whole day and we expect to be back at the hotel at 10pm. Malacca is 2 hours away from UPM and we don't want anyone to miss their flights. Please come prepared with a pair of suitable walking shoes, a pair of pants, hat, insects repellant, sunglasses etc.
