Abstract  acceptance is on case-by-case basis after this deadline. Please contact  the Chair
rozimohd@putra.upm.edu.my if you have any last-minute  abstract to submit.

Submission

An abstract for oral or poster presentation of maximum 250 words is
required. The abstract should be in MS Word, Arial, font 12 and 1.5 line
spacing with keywords (maximum 5). The paper and abstract titles must
be in Arial, font 14, bold, centred aligned followed by the author(s)’
name(s), affiliation and email address of corresponding author (all in
italic). To facilitate abstract preparation, please use the template

Acceptance for oral or poster presentation will be notified two weeks after the deadline.

Guidelines for posters

• Poster should be prepared in portrait and in A1 (841mm x 594mm) size.
• The title of the poster should appear at the top of poster. The author(s) name(s), affiliation(s) and email(s)
are put below the title.
• The poster presentation must cover the material as cited in the abstract. Make your poster as
self-explanatory as possible.
• Prepare all text, diagrams, figures or charts neatly and in a size readable at a distance of 2 meters.
• Carefully prepare and print out your poster well in advance of the symposium.
• You will be provided time to put up your poster on 3rd September (before opening ceremony).
