VISA

It is the responsibility of the participant to secure a visa if it is required to enter Malaysia. We will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates raise funds or obtain a visa.  This does not imply a commitment from the organizers to provide any financial support.

ACCOMMODATION

It is your personal responsibility to arrange hotel, date of arrival and departure, ground transportation to hotel / meeting venue etc. in accordance with your wishes.

The most convenient, straightforward, and fastest public transport method to reach Putrajaya is via:
a) KLIA express train service : RM9.40 (one way trip)
b) Taxi From KLIA: RM70-RM90 (one way trip)
c) e-hailing (Grab app): RM40-RM50 (one way trip: depending on off peak or peak hours)
