Industrial Training

The industrial training is an unstructured course (12 credits) which is compulsory for students undertaking the bachelor programmes at the Faculty of Forestry. This course allows students to be involved in the industry through practical training in the various subjects taught. Students are given exposure to forestry related work both in the public and private sectors. The training covers a period of 24 weeks which is offered during the Second Semester (Third Year) or the final semester of the undergraduate programme depending on the approval of the Industrial Training Coordinator.
